We found RM Design online. Seeing the numerous positive reviews, we decided to work with them. This was the second apartment we had finished, so we had specific expectations. The company met them 100%! The entire process, from start to finish, ran very smoothly and in a friendly atmosphere. A huge plus was the personalized approach to the client, the collaboration with the architect, the meetings, and the selection of finishing styles and materials. Everything was well planned and executed. The finishing touches were completed on time. In our case, custom-made furniture was also included. Everything was completed according to the previously agreed-upon design. During the project, we were not involved in any technical issues. There were no calls about something not being right or asking what to do next. We could calmly wait for the keys to be collected. Upon handover, any minor adjustments were made very quickly and without any complications. The company's management is very friendly, flexible, and focused on the client's needs, giving us a sense of a truly personalized approach. We are very pleased with the collaboration, and if we decide to build another apartment, we will definitely choose RM Design again. We wholeheartedly recommend it!

We commissioned RM Design to design and finish part of a single-family home near Wrocław (approx. 60 m²). Unfortunately, the collaboration didn't meet our expectations. The first concerns arose early on during our collaboration with the architect. The company expects the client to thoroughly analyze the entire project, as if they were technically overseeing it. After changing the refrigerator model, the architect made changes without informing us that they had added a valve for the ice maker. We only learned of its existence during the construction process. Fortunately, we canceled it in time. RM Design advertises a comprehensive service within a specific price package (in our case, the highest – approximately 1500 PLN/m²). However, it turned out that most solutions involve additional costs: ceramic paint (recommended by the architect) – an additional 900 PLN, even though the difference in material cost is approximately 150 PLN; a cable tunnel for the TV – 700 PLN; Kitchen valve installation – PLN 600, etc. Even for ordering and installing fixtures (e.g., sockets), commissions are added for each individual item. We would have expected a single fee for order processing, not a "per item" markup. The company also disappointed us in terms of "problem-solving." After removing a partition wall, we discovered a sewer pipe from an upper floor. The RM suggested a solution: plasterboard in a visible location. Only our intervention and proposal for a different approach led to a better solution. The quality of workmanship also leaves much to be desired. After removing the wall, the surface was not leveled with plaster – this was only corrected after our request. The grout lines in the bathroom tiles were supposed to be 2 mm, but they are 5-6 mm because "the material was beveled" – the architect suggested the material, but no one informed us of the consequences. Furthermore, in other areas of the house, the same material could be installed with 2 mm grout – despite the alleged bevel. In areas not specified in the design, the contractors had complete freedom: for example, white baseboards were installed against black windows – this was corrected after our feedback. The baseboards – according to the installation instructions, should be cut at 45 degrees at the corners. RM Design believes that straight-ahead installation at interior corners is correct. This causes dust to collect at the joints, and the aesthetics suffer. A power outlet was forgotten in the kitchen work area – it was included in the design but not actually installed. This was only corrected after reporting the issue (a week after acceptance). The company avoids responsibility, citing the approved design. Meanwhile, we ordered a turnkey service – as investors, we don't need to know the technical specifications of all the materials. If the designer recommends a particular solution, they should also inform us of its consequences. The contract is very one-sided. The client may only enter the construction site in the presence of the coordinator, a maximum of three times during the project, by appointment. The company can sign the acceptance itself, provided – in their opinion – there are no "significant defects." Who assesses this? The warranty is in effect, and the same crew that performed the work comes to perform warranty repairs reported based on photos. However, no one informs us which issues are being addressed under warranty. No one verifies whether the repair is carried out properly – except, of course, the investor. We filed a warranty claim due to a loose toilet bowl. The bowl was tightened, but the seat mounts were damaged in the process, which were temporarily "repaired" with adhesive. The contractors didn't mention that something went wrong and the element was damaged during the repair. In summary – if we had known what the collaboration would be like, we definitely wouldn't have used RM Design. The offer presented in the promotional materials is significantly different from reality, and responsibility for any errors is placed on the customer. Unfortunately, in our opinion, this company does not meet the standards it claims. I strongly recommend hiring an independent specialist for the acceptance of the work.

In many countries, there are usually problems with construction companies engaged going beyond the planned time , quality of their work , unfulfilled promises . I have experienced these problems in many countries. But I have never had any problem with this company. They did and delivered everything perfectly and according to plan with very professional , good work . I highly recommend this excellent company to everyone.

Absolutely perfect job, they finished 3 flats for me in Wroclaw and they did a very precise and high quality job. They fully respected the timing, that is not a common thing is this field.
