I was rescued from my apartment by Mr. Marek Głaz, a very kind man whose patience and approach would have made him a perfect fit for an emergency room, not just a locksmith's. Since I was inside the apartment, he patiently and calmly explained to me what I needed to unscrew to help him remove the lock. He also explained how a few things worked if I ever got stuck again. And at the end, I was praised for my cooperation, which made me feel like I'd gotten an A in school. 😁 He's a great guy, and the lock, of course, works better than ever!
