I use the firm's services quite regularly and can wholeheartedly recommend it. The service is top-notch and very helpful. The knowledge of the notaries, especially Notary Wit Tarkowski, inspires immense admiration and trust, ensuring that the proceedings are always conducted with due regard for all parties' interests. The ability to conduct proceedings on Saturdays is particularly commendable and a major plus – a flexibility rarely found among Wrocław law firms these days. In short, I've never been disappointed and always recommend them to my friends. The ladies in the office also deserve a warm welcome – always kind and smiling.
I am generally satisfied with the services provided; however, the attitude I encountered leaves much to be desired. Once my nationality (and that of my family) was revealed, we were treated with visible contempt and addressed in a condescending manner. Instead of being regarded as valued clients, I felt as though we were an unwelcome burden. To make matters worse, it became evident that they collaborate with rather incompetent partners, which only reinforced the negative impression. Overall, it seems they place all foreigners into the same category and show little concern for their satisfaction, focusing primarily on their local clientele.
Everything went well. Normal notary office. In terms of time, signing the contract for a temporary lease took about 1 hour. I recommend it. We, in turn, were with the people for whom I found an apartment (with a temporary lease contract)., and you need to hire a translator if you do not speak Polish at a sufficient level.
