I called about the bedbug problem, and a specialist arrived the same day. The treatment was carried out thoroughly and effectively. After two weeks, the problem was completely gone.

I had a problem with rodents in my basement. Protect24h eliminated them efficiently and thoroughly, and the expert explained how to prevent further infestations. I recommend it to everyone.

I called about a cockroach problem at the restaurant. The crew arrived the next day, conducted a thorough inspection, and suggested DDD monitoring. Everything has been under control ever since.

I recommend them; they really know what they're doing. I was skeptical because the guy used some poison to exterminate the cockroaches, without any clothes or masks. It took him 5 minutes and cost 500 PLN. Three months have passed and no more cockroaches. THX

The "company" advertises a bedbug-detecting dog on its website, but the man on the phone yells that they have to spray the entire apartment and that the price is for a minimum of 50 square meters, and then hangs up. Thinking I misheard, my boyfriend emailed him. He hasn't responded to my email to this day. If I wanted to poison the entire apartment (and I have small children and pets), I wouldn't have asked for a bedbug-detecting dog! In short: rudeness, lack of logic, price gouging, and no dog (or one that is ineffective)! P.S. After calling the competition, it turned out that the price for bedbug extermination is 50% lower and they only do the rooms I specify.
