Veronika did an incredible job helping me find an apartment of my dreams. Besides high expectations from my end and a difficult request, I was also in another country and I needed a place to move into when I get back, so everything happened remotely. She adjusted and showed me the apartment on a video call, negotiate terms with the owner and prepared my contract, which I only needed to sign when I’m back. I’m very grateful, very happy with the place, and with communication, and I couldn’t recommend Veronika more :)
We had wonderful agent Nastya. She quickly found the perfect pet friendly apartment for rent for us. Communication was clear and easy, she always responds quickly, reacts accordingly and is attentive to all the details and requirements such as location, floor, view from the windows, apartment size and etc. Also there were arranged all the necessary activities, papers and so on, so we do not have a headache where, when and why to go. I do recommend Nastya as real estate agent, it really worth to get such a service to feel comfortable and understand each step of the process. Thanks a lot for great assistance!
I contacted this agency based on a friend’s recommendation, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The rental process turned out to be highly stressful and uncomfortable. From the start, Elina, my primary contact, appeared unprepared. Some apartments she suggested were ones I had already visited, and I noticed inaccuracies in their descriptions (e.g., a garage listed when none existed). Her colleagues were often unfamiliar both with the apartments they showed and my specific requirements. After expressing interest in one apartment, Elina became very pushy despite my concerns. For instance, I noted that the washing machine was in terrible condition and requested that the landlord address this before moving in. Elina assured me that it would be fixed and mentioned that we would include this issue in the contract appendix. I repeatedly asked for a copy of the contract to review beforehand, but she only sent it on the day of signing, despite multiple reminders. When I asked questions, she responded irritably and with passive-aggressive remarks. I told her I needed time to decide on the contract signing date and next day I contacted her again, ready to sign the agreement. She informed me that the apartment would only be available on Monday due to pending repairs, despite multiple earlier assurances that I could move in immediately after signing. Due to an unexpected Airbnb cancellation and lack of other apartments (the city was almost fully booked for holiday), I offered to pay a deposit and to sign a contract after a weekend, which I planed to spend in another city with AirBnB available, the agents dismissed my concerns and pressured me, claiming it wouldn’t be “nice to the landlords”. The owners of apartments, on the other hand, were told I insist on moving in immidiately, they later claimed they were not told about suggested deposit or another contract date. After much negotiation, we agreed to sign the contract that Friday, with a same-day move-in. However, I later discovered that the contract didn’t include the promised corrections or an appendix about the washing machine’s condition and apartment state. After moving in, I found the apartment in terrible condition: the dishwasher was filthy, containing fishbones, hair, and leftover food; the washing machine was not only dirty but also needed repairs; the shower required urgent fixing. The landlords also acted inappropriately: they repeatedly scheduled appointments, causing me to take time off work, only to cancel after the agreed time; once entered the apartment without notice and even started repairing the shower without informing me, leaving me without a functional shower for a day. After a difficult discussion with the landlady, moderated by the agent via phone, I was so frustrated that I considered terminating the contract. However, I realized the agents had likely been miscommunicating information to both me and landlords to speed up the deal. Eventually, I reached a verbal agreement with the landlady that she would replace the washing machine, complete repairs within a day and include compensation to the next rent payment. But later that evening, she texted that she was satisfied with the old washing machine’s condition and never showed up the next day. Next day the agent, Anastasia, called me, clearly taking the landlords’ side. Despite me explaining my frustrations and reminding her that I was the paying client, she dismissed my complaints and insisted I "make up my mind" about moving out. Elina contacted me later as well, also with request to decide about moving out. It’s clear that if I move out, the agency will receive another commission from the next tenants (as landlady and Anastasia agreed in front of me when I at the end of mentioned above call), making my inconvenience profitable for them. I cannot recommend this agency based on my experience.
I can't speak highly enough of this agency. Renting a flat while being in a different city seemed daunting, but they made the entire process remarkably easy and stress-free. Their professionalism and attention to detail were evident from the start. The cost-effectiveness of their services was a pleasant surprise, especially considering the quality and efficiency they delivered. What stood out the most was their consistent communication throughout. Despite the distance, they kept us informed at every step, ensuring we felt involved and confident in the process. I'd like to give special thanks to Manager Alena, whose exceptional dedication and expertise made this experience truly exceptional. Her proactive approach and willingness to go above and beyond made all the difference. I highly recommend this agency to anyone seeking reliable assistance. They've set a benchmark for professionalism and service quality. Thank you for making this rental experience not just successful, but genuinely pleasant.
I had the privilege of working with the real estate agency and realtor Elena during my search for accommodation in Wroclaw. Finding a suitable place was no easy task, especially as a foreigner with two children. However, Elena's assistance made the entire process seamless. I am truly grateful for Elena's professionalism and commitment to ensuring my family and I found the perfect home.
