I had a very positive experience working with Beata Forys during the purchase of my home. From the very beginning, everything was handled in a clear and transparent way, which gave me a lot of confidence throughout the entire process. Beata is highly knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward. She explains things clearly, highlights both opportunities and potential risks, and always acts in the best interest of her client. Communication was smooth and consistent, and I felt well guided at every stage. I would highly recommend Beata to anyone looking for a trustworthy, transparent, and top-level real estate agent.

I do not recommend cooperation. They do not keep their promises, do not pay the full deposit and will "repair" the apartment at your expense without proof of costs or evidence of completed work. We received the apartment in a worse condition than we handed it over. We restored the backyard at our own expense, although they promised to do it. The walls in the apartment were damaged before us, they did not repair them and are now trying to deduct these costs from our deposit. The case will be referred to a lawyer.
