We had to organize the final stage of our real eatate transaction in 1 day, that seemed impossible, as normally it requires 2-3 business days with all the state beurocracies, but her professionalism and the excellent planning skills let us have everything in time. As a foreign customer, I especially appreciated her patience and willingness to explain everything clearly and the fact that she gave much more than she had to.
