I chose this company based on a recommendation from friends, but I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The service was completed correctly, meaning the items were loaded, transported along the designated route, and unloaded on site (hence the second star), although I wouldn't say the guys were particularly efficient (after all, they're paid by time, not by results). However, the information on intercity transport rates is unclear. The website lists 3.50 PLN/km. During the conversation, I learned that each kilometer is charged twice (because of the return trip), but the final rate was still 200 PLN higher than the route length. My biggest complaint, however, is that the billing process included labor time! I have pretty good documentation that loading and unloading took less than 7 hours total, counting from arrival to departure, yet we were charged for 8 hours. An hour of work costs 180 PLN, so we were charged an excessive 380 PLN in total. In my opinion, this is blatant dishonesty and deserves to be condemned. It's also worth mentioning that orders are carried out using vehicles with a GVM of 3.5 tons, which often results in overloading.

I wholeheartedly recommend Czas Start Przeprowadzki! Piotr and Kordian transported my oak furniture from the third floor (without an elevator) to my home, and everything went perfectly. They professionally disassembled everything that needed to be disassembled, and the rest was carefully secured with bubble wrap and stretch wrap. The furniture was additionally secured with blankets and straps in the van, ensuring the entire transport was damage-free. The men were very smiling, helpful, friendly, and decisive—their extensive experience and excellent organization are evident. The entire move went smoothly, calmly, and stress-free. I'm also very pleased with the price, as the quality of the work was truly top-notch. Thank you to Piotr and Kordian for their professionalism, and I will definitely recommend them!

Highly recommended! Professional and flexible! The quote was 100% accurate to my estimate. Pickup was on time, every minute! The van had a lift, so comfortable! The guys handled the tight curve on the stairs without any damage or complaints! Very efficient and safe. I'll be using them again for such issues from now on!
