The price paid was four times higher than the price agreed upon over the phone. Extremely unpleasant and rude.
This is the second time he has let me down, promising to come and not coming. No respect for a potential client - he promises to come, then stops answering calls, then brazenly says he won't come. There is also no subordination. He may be a good craftsman, but his attitude towards people and work is terrible.
