What impressed me most was how flexible and solution-focused the team was. One of the old guest bathrooms was barely used, so they suggested turning it into a compact laundry room - complete with built-in cupboards, plumbing for the washing machine and dryer, and even a small sink. The main bathroom got a full makeover with new layout, custom vanity unit, walk-in shower and wall-hung toilet. They also helped with some tricky ventilation issues we had.
