What stood out for me was how respectful the crew was of my time. They showed up when they said they would, worked efficiently, and cleaned up so well you wouldn’t even know they had been here except everything was fixed!
Terrible communication, incompetent service. I live abroad and co-own 6 residential apartments and 3 commercial stores. If this first contact went well I would most likely start a long working relationship with them. I first contacted them in June, they didn't gather all the information I provided and only visited one of the apartments (the one that had the infiltration damages, not the one where it was origined), so to be able to give a proper estimation they had to return. They gave up, never returned my emails, visited any of the apartments, send me an estimation or contacted me again. Very unprofessional! Do not recommend. Their reply shows their incompetence and lack of professionalism. I always told them to present me all expenses, the tenants are not the owners, I am. But they have chosen to present the bill to the tenant instead of me.
