Good accounting service but the working relationship ended with a very unprofessional message where they said they put my documents in the trash, and I could come collect them from the trash bin. Is that standard business practice?! The message claimed that they contacted me multiple times, but I didn't receive any emails, also not in spam, or phone calls, or messages until this very alarming one. A better attempt should have been made to contact me via my email and phone number that they have on file, and a professional should NEVER use such language with a client. Happily, they did give me my documents when I immediately went to collect them; they had not been put on the street.
