I am a customer who purchased a Teka company electric stove from your store on January 2. I had made full payment for the product, delivery and installation on the same day. I was informed that the delivery would be made on January 7. On the day the delivery was supposed to be made, I stayed at home without going to work in order to receive the product. However, the delivery was not made at the specified time, nor was any kind of prior notice or information given. This caused me great inconvenience. On January 8, when I myself went to the store to inquire, I was informed that the product was not available. If the product was not available, the question arises as to why full payment was taken in the first place. Also, if delivery within the specified time was not possible, was it not your responsibility to inform the customer on time? From this entire incident, extreme negligence is seen in your information system and customer service. I had a very bad experience with your service, which is not acceptable for any customer.

Nothing but delay after delay. They claim products are ready in store, but once they’ve taken your money, the lies begin. Missed deadlines, failed deliveries, wrong items, faulty items you name it, they’ve done it. Their incompetence actually held up my own work. The so-called “delivery staff” they send are careless and unprofessional. This company is a disgrace to customer services.

It's a great place to find almost everything for your home, from decoration, to bed/bath, even getting plain wood and cutting it to size. A lot of furniture, gardening, and electrical equipment as well. Think of it as a Home Depot of USA or a Telhanorte from Brazil. Prices are generally fair but some stuff can be found cheaper on other sites. The place has a nice parking, friendly staff, and even Wi-Fi.

Leroy Merlin is a DIY, decoration, construction and gardening store. This branch is quite large and well stocked. Here you can find pretty Uchida everything from power tools, lighting, wood including a cutting service, kitchen and bathroom taps and sinks, swimming pools, gardening items, flooring, electrical items etc. They have their own car park with wheel chair parking and access.
