Despite following the same pattern as the other units, the space is bigger and better structured. The changing rooms are better than those at Barreiro, where I am used to training.
No showers with box available because they decided to do some work during the peak hours of the gym.
A fairly decent gym with good ventilation, air conditioning and good quality equipment. I understand the frustration many may have with queuing. However, if we're resting 120 seconds between sets, I find it is easily possible for upto 3 people to take turns sharing a machine.
Another Lisbon gym that’s half empty. Good size space but very little equipment. Of all the cities I have lived in Lisbon is by far the worse for gyms. 4th fitness hut I have tired. Either tiny and over crowded or there is no equipment.
