Unusually, this review is a year on from using Pedro Moreira's services at Algarve Surveyors, and for that I'm sorry. However, when we received his report, we were in the middle of our purchase decisions and coordinating our move from the UK to Portugal, including selling a home and a small business. A year on, when reviewing his report, which we commissioned in the UK to assess our current home before concluding the sale, and I must say, it was excellent; he got everything right, was quick and easy to deal with. I would recommend his service to anybody, and the report in perfect English with so many supporting photos was spot on and helped us no end. Even now, today, I’m using it as a reference document. During the purchase, he gave me great comfort from afar that our house was in good repair, and he pointed out many concerns and offered solutions, none of which were expensive. Furthermore, time has shown that he was right about everything!
