Pedro has been a godsend in our renovation project. We hired him to survey the house we wanted to buy before finalising the sale and it was the best decision. He gave us a complete report so that we could understand the potential risks, and the main technical works to be conducted - he also gave us a budget estimate for each. This allowed us to go through the entire buying + renovation process with complete peace of mind. As well as to deal with different contractors with confidence. I can highly recommend his work to anyone and I will - for sure - hire him again for future projects!

We were recommended to use Pedro by our Solicitor. I contacted Pedro and he arranged a survey with the Sales Agent, which was carried out a few days later. We were promised the report 4 days later, and it arrived on time (all 80 pages of it). The report was very complex and identified various aspects that required further attention. I'm told by the Sales Agent, who was present at the survey that Pedro was very Professional and asked many questions of the builder that was also present. I emailed Pedro on a Saturday morning, not expecting a reply until Monday, but he responded, and we had a 30 minute telephone conversation discussing the report. We've had further correspondence, and Pedro has recommended a structural engineer and interior designer. All in all Pedro has provided a magnificent Professional service, and I would highly recommend his Company.

I strongly recommend Pedro's services to anyone who is planning a renovation project - he did a survey for us in January and the knowledge that his report provided was absolutely essential for us. We purchased the property with a proper scope for the renovation and we have used Pedro's report for each part of the renovation, not only as a guide but also to have a foundation to compare the quotes from various providers. It's not easy to find the right people to work with (especially in the Algarve) but Pedro is definitely one of them - highly recommended!
