VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. Our experience with Mónica and Marlise was honestly one of the worst professional experiences we’ve ever had. We hired them to assist us in a trespasse process and were promised a clear phased structure and professional legal guidance. Instead, the case was handled with confusion, delays, lack of strategic direction and extremely poor communication. A matter that could have been resolved quickly was dragged on for months while our concerns and instructions were repeatedly ignored. The billing situation was even worse. We paid the agreed Phase 1 in full and were NEVER informed in advance of any additional billable hours or extra fees. Only after terminating their services did they suddenly start demanding more money, presenting inconsistent amounts and changing explanations for the alleged debt. Despite the disastrous handling of the case, they still proceeded with an injunção against us to pressure payment. Completely unacceptable behaviour. The entire experience felt disorganized and deeply unprofessional. We were left with wasted time, financial damage, unnecessary legal stress and zero accountability from their side. If you are looking for competent, transparent and strategic legal support: look elsewhere.
