In an emergency they sent a locksmith. He charged over 400 euro to replace the key cylinder (cost 15 euro in Leroy Merlin) and broke the locking system in the process. They offered to replacer the locking system for a simpler one (only one lock point vs the 7 lock points I had) by over 300 euro. They are just pirates that take advantage of emergency situations. Not to be trusted. Request an invoice even if they try to convince you that it is cheaper without invoice (no VAT)

Absolute scammers. The gate stopped opening and I called this company. They arrived, examined, said that it was necessary to repair the motor and the cost with taxes would be 340 euros. We agreed on a price. They took it, sprayed it with the machine oil, poked the gate with a metal stick and they started working. They just got stuck. All in exactly 2 minutes. And they demanded the full amount and refused to give a discount. How the scammers behaved like we ourself agreed the price. All in all, I highly recommend not dealing with them.
