Would Not Recommend I ordered cleaning for my air conditioners (4 indoor units and 1 outdoor unit). Unfortunately, the service did not resolve my main issue — a bad smell during the first few minutes after turning the units on. The technicians told me that if the smell persisted, I could contact them and they would return to apply more cleaning solution. However, when I reached out afterward, they simply ignored my messages. The entire job took only about 40 minutes and cost €123. Based on what I observed, it seemed they only cleaned the dust filters — something I could easily do myself. Overall, I’m disappointed with both the quality of the cleaning and the lack of follow-up service. Update: I was contacted by the company within a few hours after posting my review — so if you’re having trouble reaching them, leaving a review seems to be the most effective way to get a response. They explained that the technicians were on leave last week, which is why they didn’t schedule a visit when I initially asked. Still, I can’t help but wonder — why not simply let me know that instead of ignoring my messages? As for the smell issue, the technicians returned and applied a large amount of cleaning chemicals to the coils. They came back again the next day to check, but unfortunately, the problem persists. The technicians claim they can’t smell anything, but everyone else who’s been here — including a friend I asked to stop by for a second opinion — clearly can. Perhaps the technicians have developed a certain “professional tolerance” to these odors, but for me, the smell remains noticeable. At this point, I’ll likely need to try another company to fully resolve the issue.

Fizemos recentemente a instalação de novos aparelhos de ar condicionado com a Assistência da Fonte e ficámos extremamente satisfeitos! A equipa foi muito profissional, cuidadosa e organizada. Tínhamos algum receio em relação às calhas, por uma questão estética, mas o resultado final ficou perfeito, discreto e muito bem acabado. Também realizaram a manutenção dos equipamentos antigos, incluindo a limpeza dos filtros com produtos próprios, deixando tudo a funcionar como novo. Recomendo sem hesitar — serviço de excelência do início ao fim! 👏
