Clemente was very patient with us through out the whole process of our remodel. We do not speak Portuguese very well, so this was a huge relief. He walked us through the whole process and kept us notified of all work being done. :)
Outstanding customer service. It is a pity that I did not come across this company on my first round of searching, because I would have saved so much time from day one! I contacted the company and they answered the phone straight away which to me is already a good sign that this company is well set-up. I requested a quote and was told that someone would call me back by 6pm to let me know of a date and time, they did exactly that, and the next day they were at my friend´s house (exactly on time as promised) to look at the situation, a couple of hours later we had the quote in hand at no extra cost. I have asked other companies for quotes but I still don't even have the quote in hand (unfortunately very common in Portugal). This company has been extremely professional and the work done was fantastic also. I can highly recommend anyone looking to do a small or large renovation project in their home to use their services.
