Péssima experiência. Pedi apenas um seguro para a minha mota e o mediador fez dois, sem a minha autorização, usando o meu IBAN. Quando vendi a mota recusou devolver o valor proporcional e tive de tratar tudo diretamente com a seguradora. Para piorar, deixou de atender chamadas e responder a mensagens, ignorando-me por completo. Falta total de transparência e profissionalismo — não recomendo
