P.S. Minho group was responsible for communicating with me on WhatsApp and Airbnb. it was the worst experience I have ever had. I was traveling with my wife and my baby, and the hot tub was not ready upon arrival. The customer support was very aggressive and told me that if I didn’t like it, I should leave and find another place. This was very inappropriate and unprofessional. Eventually, the situation escalated, and the GNR police were called. A report was made, and I had to leave the apartment at 9:00 PM with my family, including my one-year-old baby. They showed no care or consideration for our situation. The owner and several family members also came to the apartment and behaved in an aggressive manner. I have full proof of everything, including chat messages and photos. I only stayed in the apartment for 3 hours, yet the experience was extremely stressful and unreasonable. Issues included: 1. The hot tub was not ready even at 8 PM. 2. The apartment was not clean, and cleaning supplies were not provided as promised. 3. An iron, baby chair, and other requested items were not provided. 4. Despite all these issues, the hosts behaved aggressively and disrupted our family vacation, while still expecting payment for those 3 hours. 5. Privacy concerns I had confirmed this in advance, but upon arrival, they dismissed my concerns in an unacceptable way. This is also documented in the chat. In the end, a refund was processed through Airbnb, but that does not change the very bad experience we went through. Be careful. They completely ruined my vacation and even tried to charge me €180 after I left. If you want to understand their behavior, just wait and see their response to this review.

"Great location, spacious apartment, fully equipped with all the amenities, comfortable mattresses and pillows (which I always pay attention to). The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need — perfect for a family or a group, with two showers and three toilets. Nearby there’s a delicatessen, a café with fresh pastries and wonderful coffee, and just across the street is a quiet park with a lake and ducks. The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the heart of the Old Town. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone."
