Fiz um arrendamento com o Pedro, o qual teve uma atuação 5 estrelas. Tratou de todo o processo de maneira exemplar, indo muitas vezes além do esperado para esse tipo de transação, nomeadamente, tratando de ligação de serviços de Água e Luz. Recomendo!
Unfortunately I can't recommend that agency. Actually I am writing this post to protect and keep in mind the future clients of that agency. First of all, we made a proposal and transferred a deposit for the reservation of one house. Agent Rui told us in two days we have to sign SPCV, we were happy, but we decided to ask about the documents of the property. Then, I don't know why but Sara told us, that actually they didn't check them and eventually there are some mistakes with the documents ( the house has permission for one floor, but there were two). They advise us to wait while they try to figure out the wrong documents. No one of them told us how long we were supposed to wait! We withdrew our deposit and every month I ask them what's happening, is there something new. After 3 months they contacted us and invited us to a meeting. We are supposed to meet and discuss the new documents in two weeks. 4 days before our meeting they wrote me a message that the house is already sold. For me this is more than unprofessional. First of all they offered properties without having correct documents. Second they play with your feelings and promise things which are definitely not correct. Obviously we won't use their service anymore and I don't recommend them as a correct agency.
