We worked with Marcello remotely from back home in Minnesota and we had the best experience. He very quickly helped us find the perfect apartment in Braga that met all of our needs. He arranged a virtual tour and helped us through the rental agreement process. We had it locked in before we ever stepped foot in Portugal. When we arrived to visit, he met us at our apartment to show us around and give us our keys. He also took us to set up our direct debit with the utility companies.
