Se tiverem a infelicidade de não darem a este senhor tudo o que pretende estejam preparados para lidar com falta de educação instantânea. Primeira vez que me acontece ao lidar com agentes imobiliários. Não recomendo. Edit: podem ver pela resposta abaixo o tipo de personagem que é, mentindo descaradamente pelo motivo pelo qual deixei uma review negativa. Inventar que alguém tem dívidas é motivo suficiente para processar e será isso que farei. Fica exposto a personagem, evitem. Edit 2: o senhor Orlando não é muito esperto. Apagar a resposta demente que deu passado um ano e trocar por um "obrigado" fez com que eu receba uma notificação. Ficam avisados na mesma do comportamento aberrante desse "senhor".

My experience with Orlando Rodrigues and the Remax team was frustrating and disappointing. While I got some help with the paperwork process for the credit, the rest of the experience made me feel ignored and unimportant. Buying a home, no matter the size, is a big deal, and every client deserves proper attention. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. When I visited the property, I asked for measurements of the appliances so I could plan my budget and purchases. My request was completely ignored. On the day of the deed, things got worse. No one from Orlando’s team was there to support me. Instead, I dealt with someone representing the seller, who was rude and unprofessional. When someone from Orlando’s side finally showed up, it was just to pick up the cheque, with no effort to help or guide me. After the deed was done, I was handed the keys without any explanation about important things like setting up utilities, identifying the mailbox, or anything else about the apartment. Moving to a new place is stressful enough, and their lack of support made it even harder. Surprisingly, a person from the construction company I met at the property was more helpful and welcoming in five minutes than the entire Remax team was throughout the process. The only positive part was that the paperwork and credit process were handled quickly. But it felt like they just wanted to close the deal and didn’t care about the client’s experience after that. For such a big company like Remax, I expected so much more. While I can’t fully recommend Orlando Rodrigues or Remax based on my experience, I hope they can improve their approach to make things smoother and more supportive for future clients. Buying my first home was an important moment, and I wish it had felt more positive and exciting.
