Words cannot express how good of a lawyer Dr.Sergio was for us. Dr.Sergio has a vast knowledge on the topic of real estate law and helped us out immensely with every little detail involved in the arduous process of buying a house. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything ready and sorted out (even visited the house on our behalf), and responded almost instantly to any and all of our many questions. He is a trustworthy lawyer and a wonderful person — my boyfriend Vincent and I can highly recommend him. Thank you so much for your patience and dedication working our case, Dr.Sergio. You saved us a lot of stress and sleepless nights! We wish you all the best and we will definitely contact you as soon as we need legal help again! Kind regards, Julia & Vincent

We met with Attorney Gave Fraga to assist us with our purchase project in Portugal. He excellently carried out the mission we entrusted to him; beyond our expectations. With his undeniable professionalism and expertise, Sergio was more than just a lawyer for us. Thanks to his wise advice, he helped us avoid all the pitfalls in our project. Having extensive experience as a lawyer in France, we have rarely met someone so honest and professional. He followed the case through to the end. Furthermore, his fees are very reasonable. We unhesitatingly recommend using his services for any real estate project in Portugal. Sergio is perfectly bilingual, which is very convenient. We sincerely thank him for his efficiency, kindness, and competence.

I live in the United States and want to buy an apartment in Portugal. Because I am not familiar with Portuguese real estate acquisition process and also since I cannot travel to Portugal at this time due to the Covid epidemic, I decided to look for a Portuguese attorney who could help me with the purchase. After some research on the internet, I found Dr. Fraga, who has three offices Portugal as well as in France. He turned out to be an efficient, resourceful attorney who keeps the client's wishes and interest in mind. I also found him communicative, personable, and accessible. Dr. Fraga has been able to visit the apartment personally, make a videoclip of it and work with the seller and their attorney on a purchase contract that would be convenient to both parties and protect me in case of any adverse situation. He has suggested ways for me to avoid the necessity of being personally present in Portugal in order to sign the promissory contract. Last but not least, Dr. Fraga is a hard worker (always responds to my questions personally and without delay) and his fees are reasonable. I recommend Dr. Fraga's services to any American or other foreigner who needs help with a real estate purchase in Portugal, especially in a case when you are looking to buy an apartment without being able to sign a promissory contract personally or who is not familiar with the complexity and risks involved with the purchasing process.
