I did a move from the Netherlands to Lisbon in summer time and despite some challenges, I have to admit that all my stuff was delivered and I do not miss any single screw. The price and communication with them was good. Mr Domingos is the best 💪💪💪
Only speaks Portuguese. If you do not speak Portuguese, do not use their service! They don't speak a word of English. Aside from that, communication was very quick and frequent, which is good. After emailing with them for a while, they sent me a quote of 980 euros (one bedroom). Later, on the invoice, it said 1200 euros. When I asked, they said it was from taxes. There was a separate field for taxes on the invoice but it was at 0 euros and 0%. I did not get further explanation. Be warned that the price might go up! Pick up (in the Netherlands) was fast (only 1 week after agreeing and paying). It was one guy, so we had to help load the van. Delivery (in Portugal) was fast (pick up on Wednesday, delivery on Saturday) and everything arrived in one piece. While it was an okay service, only speaking Portuguese makes it impossible for a foreigner to use, which is kind of important when moving internationally. The price increased a lot and for strange, unexplained reasons.
