Tento contacto para assistência técnica da minha máquina de lavar louça e meu fogão smeg desde dez de 2025 e não recebo retorno. Nunca imaginei que ao comprar SMEG acabaria sem assistência técnica em Lisboa. Enquanto as peças estavam na garantia fui bem assistida, acabou a garantia eles não atendem. Pior que a SMEG só a eletroalegre! Então as duas juntas é um desastre A falta de qualidade da SMEG é a incompetência da sua assistência oficial a eletro alegre. Seria uma alegria se não fosse para chorar Nem o telefone atendem: aparece um disco dizendo que todos os operadores estão ocupados e desligam o telefone. Mas so têm uma operadora!!! We had a repair done by Electro Alegro to our Smeg fridge in which cost over €500 back in September 2023. The same malfunction started to happen a few months later. We reached out to Electro Alegro in March 2024. It is now nearly June and nothing has been done. Some sporadic email reponses from Lara, but nothing productive or useful. We are about to have a baby, our fridge is not working, and we already paid +€500 for the original repair...terrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Even if they could respond to our communications saying that they are too busy, that would be better. Smeg should partner with another company as their association with Electro Alegro is tarnishing their name in Portugal

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Requested two equal services in the space of 6 months. Second one was double the price. Asked why, they said 'mistakenly' charged extra labour... Took way too long time to return the money (still waiting), all the time making me chase them, not responding to emails, etc. Expensive, slow, and extremely unprofessional. Enough said.
