I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by your company. I have noticed serious deficiencies in key areas that directly affected my experience as a customer. Communication was poor from the outset, as the staff does not speak either Spanish or English, which greatly hindered any attempt at understanding while performing the agreed-upon work. Additionally, there was a complete lack of punctuality, with a delay of more than two hours without prior notice or explanation, which demonstrates a clear lack of respect for the customer's time. Finally, it was evident that there was a lack of interest in fulfilling the contracted service. There was no commitment from the team, and the general attitude was one of disorganization and lack of professionalism. In summary, the experience was completely unsatisfactory.
Great place. I had a new microwave which was delivered very damaged in the back near the motor and the seller wouldn't take it back. They repaired it wonderfully and I was able too have a new microwave 💯

They successfully repaired my Junkers Elacell water heater. I contacted two other companies and they suggested to replace the entire heater. Nova Electro Sao Lazaro, however, actually only repaired the broken parts for a fraction of the price. Great service! Highly recommend.
