Murprotec Lisboa

I would definitely not recommend this company for multiple reasons. Their specialist came and during first 10 minutes asked multiple times where is my husband and if we can wait/call him. At first I was very confused about his questions but after I understood the man just did not want to talk technical stuff with a woman. Needed to say I was the property owner, investor and have engineering degree unlike my Dr. husband who knows nothing about houses. Anyway i tried to explain and so the specialist started measuring humidity in the house. Later on he was explaining the situation but since I had my two little kids with me who i had to look after a little he said I am not paying attention and just left without saying goodbye or hands shaking. He came other day, finished the measuring and later provided budget with suggestion of solution. I guess the suggested solution was the right one, but the price was 10x higher than what i paid later on with different supplier… so beware of working with this company or at least check concurrent offers.

We haven't had the work done yet but we have found Mr Silva to be extremely trustworthy,professional, reactive and thorough in explaining how the Murprotec solution would help us getting rid of humidity in our house in Évora. We are now eagerly waiting to see the results once the work is done.

. , I do not recommend at all. They left a lot of holes open in the outside walls as well, so whenever rain gets inside, it causes more moisture. They claimed that the moisture in the house comes from the ground, so they drilled holes in the whole house and put in a certain material. When we contacted them to close the holes, they claimed that we were the ones who had to plug them. In addition, moisture accumulated again in one of the rooms, and when we contacted them, they claimed that there was no responsibility for their work if we did not replace all the panels in the house. This is the first time we have heard this claim. We paid them a lot of money (12 thousand euros) for 2 days Very unaesthetic work.

Murpotec’s technician Mr Maurício is such a good professional, he was tireless, spent the whole day deploying this solution by himself, very diligently and helpful, explaining every step. At the end of this installment he cleaned everything and job done.

Terrible experience, I try to call them already for one week and they cannot say anything, they just say someone will call back and nobody is calling back... I need to chase them and they are not interested to take care of their new customers.
