Jorge was great — I could tell he was always focused on finding the best solution. 1 - When I called to schedule a visit, he immediately shared his rates — very transparent. 2- He arrived within the agreed time window. 3- He solved the issue properly, without any of the sloppy quick fixes we'd had before. 4-The entire job took about an hour and a few extra minutes, but he didn’t charge for a second hour — very fair.
