I unfortunately trusted the many 5-star reviews, thinking I was dealing with a serious and professional company. The reality was completely different. Their customer service behavior is unacceptable: very unpleasant, aggressive, and disrespectful. He even insults his clients, which is simply unacceptable in a professional setting. I strongly advise against this company.
They installed the wrong flooring (14mm instead of the 20mm I contracted and paid for), and after more than 5 months of delays, the result is both lower quality and functionally worse than what was there before. I hired Listacos in November to upgrade the flooring in my apartment and paid promptly throughout. The project, which should have been straightforward, was repeatedly delayed without proactive communication and ultimately took over 5 months to complete. The result falls well below what was agreed: * The installed flooring is thinner than specified (14mm vs 20mm) * The floor now feels flexible (“spongy”) and produces noise when walked on, which did not happen before * The boards used are shorter and visually less consistent than expected * Skirting boards are poorly installed, with visible gaps and misaligned joints * Walls were damaged during the work and not properly repaired * Bathroom doors now require force to close due to incorrect floor transitions After raising these issues and withholding the final 5% payment, communication stopped. Despite multiple follow-ups and a detailed email with photos and videos, I have received no meaningful response. It is difficult to understand how a company can be highly responsive when requesting payment, but unresponsive when addressing clear problems with their work. At this point, the lack of response is as concerning as the quality of the work itself.

Worst customer service ever. Came here because the reviews seemed okay. Was looking for a wood floor herringbone style. The woman inside was ignoring us. So rude to us. I asked her for help. She said no because she doesn’t speak English. I was like okay that’s fine let’s try to communicate so I can explain or show photos of what I need. She said no. What kind of customer service is this? I definitely do not recommend this place for anyone who doesn’t speak Portuguese and what’s to deal with horrible workers.
