Leroy Merlin is my number one choice for everything related to DIY, home decor, and home improvement materials. The variety of products in stock is absolutely impressive, making it easy to find everything you need in a single place, from basic tools to heavy construction materials.The biggest highlight is the customer service. The staff members are extremely professional, knowledgeable about the products, and always ready to help with very useful technical advice. The store is spacious, well-organized by sections, and the checkout process at the self-service counters is fast and seamless. A highly trustworthy store with excellent value for money.
Needed a shower cartridge to replace one that was broken due to limestone build up. Went in with the old cartridge and asked an agent where I could find a replacement. That person did not take me to the spare parts but instead took me to an office where he explained to me they don't sell spare parts or replacement in that store. He said I needed to replace my whole shower because ordering a cartridge replacement online would cost me 70e online. He started showing me replacement showers starting at 60e. I said I did not need a new shower but only a new cartridge. He said again there are no spare parts here ... in a LEROY MERLIN ???! He wanted me to place an order for a new shower and pressured me into buying one. I had enough and left. I went to the other part of the store and found the replacement cartridge and it cost 5e. So this guy lied to me and tried to pressure me to buy a new shower This is basically a scam. He lied about not selling pieces, he lied about the price of the pieces and lied about me needing a new shower. What a shit service. It's a shame because I like that store and I have been coming often but that person is a scammer. He has curly hair and works at the desk close to the shower section. Avoid him.
The park is crazy and the security people say the can't do anything. So, if you get cut off solve it your self.....
Huge branch I reckon is one of the biggest around. Plenty of options and stock available. There’s also a lot of exposed stuff. The staff are helpful and friendly. There’s plenty of options to pay and also plenty of parking.
Love , love , ❤️ . The choices and layout was great. Loved visiting the shop. Very well organised and alphabetical and very clean, has a coffee shop as well with delicious selection of cakes.
