Romen Cleaning Service . House & Office Cleaning (Lisbon)

For a basic cleaning on my T3 (110m) and some ironing (4 hours total) they quoted €184. Price gouging! My neighbors pay €40-50 for exactly the same service.

I had a terrible mold situation in my house due to very poor insulation and constant humidity and I honestly was very surprised by the final results, I never expected it to become that clean! The mold is now totally removed, even the most infested walls and windows (see videos bellow). I have literally never seen my bathroom tiles as clean as they are now😂 Communication was so easy and quick, I got lucky to get a next-day appointment. Rozen who came to clean was super nice and a real professional, he did an amazing job! I couldn’t recommend their services more, and what a great price-value too. Thank you so much🫶🏻

We had our sofa cleaned today and it had four years of grime and stains on it. I thought we would probably have to buy a new sofa.. the young man who came was professional, polite, and expert at his craft. Our sofa looks beautiful and so clean. All of the stains are gone and it almost looks new again. Highly recommend these lovely people.

I am subletting an apartment and when I walked into it, I became ill from all of the mold that was in the bathroom and spreading all over the flat. It was not in the cleanest condition and very disorganized. I spoke to the owner of the flat and she told me to find someone to clean it. I found Romen Cleaning Service. I scheduled an appointment on their website, which was very easy to navigate. I booked a deep cleaning + mold removal. Mind you, I booked the appointment after 22:00. I booked for next day at 15:30. I received an email saying that my appointment was accepted! Cleaning day arrived and right on time I received a text saying they were downstairs because my doorbell isn't functioning. He came into my flat and asked to see the mold. He put on his protective gear and asked me to step out because the fumes were strong, toxic, and unbearable without a proper mask. He was very kind, professional, and had a great eye for details. He took his time wiping out the drawers, cleaning every surface, vacuumed the balcony, and wow! I am super impressed, the mold is gone. I didn't think it was possible. I highly recommend this cleaning service and when I purchase my own flat, I will use them again for a deep cleaning upon entry. Impeccable work and worth every Euro! Thanks so much for having great employees, helping me last moment, and in a panic.

The winter was hard on my terrace and Romen Cleaning Service was the perfect solution. The price was fair, the service was excellent and I am very pleased with the results! The two young men who actually did the cleaning were extremely polite and meticulous in their work. I will definitely use Romen again and recommend them without hesitation!
