Excellent service and competent people. From choosing the correct appliance to the installation you’re guided and carefully advised based on your needs. Recommended.<br><br>After 1 year of service: they mounted the 2 external units wrongly, while I was activating one, the 2nd would start to refrigerate. I had to run after them for weeks to have it fixed. Lastly they asked me 300 euros to just fix a pipe plus a technical visit of 70 euros.<br><br>Definitely not recommended.

From the first email to the final installation, AirTouch was super impressive. The initial quote came back fast, and when I had questions about the set-up, Tudor came back with a smart split approach, showing they really take in your specific situation rather than sending template quotes.<br><br>The site visit was super quick and professional and confirmed everything without any surprise costs. Within a week the installation crew was here, right on time at 9am and installed two outdoor units and three indoor units before lunch! They were professional, polite, friendly and genuinely fun to have around. The place was left clean and everything works perfectly.<br><br>The whole process from first contact to the installed system took only 10 days. Communication was fast and clear throughout, both in Portuguese and English. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for AC installation in the Lisboa area.
