Experiência muito dececionante. Contactámos o atelier Ana Rita Soares para pedir um orçamento, pois o portfólio era o nosso preferido. Enviámos rapidamente todos os elementos pedidos — fotografias, plantas e imagens de inspiração. Ficámos quase um mês à espera de um simples orçamento, com prazos de envio sucessivamente indicados e depois não cumpridos. A proposta nunca chegou (nem fora dos prazos prometidos) e faltou uma comunicação clara, proativa e respeitadora do nosso tempo. Esta situação atrasou o nosso processo de decisão e fez-nos perder totalmente a confiança para avançar. Uma pena, porque tínhamos expectativas muito elevadas.

ARS was recommended by a friend in Portugal. After we purchased a three bedroom condo in Lisbon, we wanted to get the right designer that would create a “ WOW” impression as we walked into every room.<br>From the first contact with ARS, I knew that they were extremely professional, personable, and very talented which we needed doing this project remotely with us in the US.<br>The 3 D rendering that they presented was so detailed even my friend who is a professional<br>interior architect was very impressed. We were amazed at the attention to details and the explanation and theory behind their decisions. Their execution was just as good and we know we made the right choice, would retain them again, and would highly recommend them to others
