I was disappointed in my dealings with Claire. I had to follow up when deadlines weren't met. I was also charged 2000 euros for two 3D renderings and a mood board (which used inspiration from a lot of what I said I wanted). Although I had stated a budget before we began, only after doing the 3 D renderings was I told that my budget, in essence, wasn't enough. Honestly, I felt cheated and taken advantage of. I wasn't happy at all, and will regret contacting Janvier Plants probably for a long time.

I asked Claire and her team to give life to my garden again and the results are more than what I’ve expected! More than just designing my garden they truly understood my needs and knew what was good for it.
