Santiago was great, highly recommend his locksmith services. He was responsive, polite and very quick to resolve two lock issues that I had. He was on time, fairly priced and just super efficient on the job (less than 20 mins to solve).
Like every person I was worried about being scammed when I decided to call this company.<br>The owner, Santiago was here within 20 min or so. He took the time to explained everything. I only paid 80€ for the door opening and a small fee to fix the issue permanently which I thought was very reasonable. Thanks for your patience with everything, man!

Santiago is fantastic!<br><br>We were locked out of our apartment on a Friday afternoon when the main lock gearbox failed. Santiago arrived within 30 minutes, was able to jimmy open the door so we could get back in. He then diagnosed the problem, ordered a new gearbox and installed it the next day - on a Saturday! He returned Monday to tidy up the woodwork and install a safety plate. Looks great.<br><br>We can strongly recommend Locksmith Pro, and thank you Santiago!

Santiago was quick to respond and despite an early morning call, he was in my area in less than 30 mins. Easy to talk to and also open to educating his customer about his methods. He was able to open the door within 10 mins.<br><br>He explained the different methods he used, why one worked over the other and gave additional advice on security, keys, and locks. A little bit pricy but for the quick and expedited resolution, I thought it was worth it!
