We saw Rafael's interview with Expats Everywhere and connected with him a couple of days later. At that point, we had absolutely no idea how to make our dream of moving to Portugal a reality. I first saw Rafael's Interview in Youtube Expats Everywhere Channel a year ago. We were looking to buy a property in Madeira last year which was a new construction project.
