I contacted them a week ago with an urgent situation—I am about to travel abroad and with n infestion and worried about carrying it with me - concerned about potentially carrying fleas or bedbugs, A full week later, I’ve heard nothing. They don’t even provide a contact email,- for a company supposedly with over 40 years this disapointing and amateurish. I wouldn’t rely on them if you need timely support.

Great service from João Caeiro, who patiently explained all aspects of the pest-prevention process during his first visit to our house. João shed considerable light on rodent and insect behavior, and was meticulous in his application of the products recommended for our home surroundings. We are pet owners, and this fact was taken into account when the plan was made for protecting our environs. João welcomed us to be in touch at any point regarding questions about the service, or about any new developments we might observe in days and months to come. That will certainly allow us to rest easy as the spring and summer weather approaches…
Joao Caeiro and Brigido Fonseca Very good service. The Rentokil representatives spoke English, so it was easy to communicate (as I do not speak Portuguese). They did both the flat and the storage room and gave some recommendations about avoiding this problem in the future. The next treatment is in three weeks.
