Esteja atento a estes meninos valentões. É bom que gaste dinheiro em vez de chamar estes meninos para arranjar. Troquei o chuveiro e reparei a fuga de água da casa de banho que avariou em 10 dias da troca. Instalaram chuveiro duplicado e cobraram-me 250 euros. Não têm conhecimento de encanamento. Eles são burlões. Nunca mais.
Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with them, initially we’ve been charged 600 with a promise of 2 years guarantee then when they failed to do the job properly they asked for another 150 and we paid 100 extra againz after being charged 700 euros in total they disappeared on us, and now a hole is left under the sink and the mice is coming in, we see dropping under the sink and we’ve been trying to contact them for few weeks as they claimed their service has 2 years guarantee. Unfortunately there is a lack of work ethic which is not rare in Lisbon!

Por apenas uma inspeção foi-me cobrado o valor de 180€ sem justificação do valor. Não existe informação nenhuma no site sobre o custo dos serviços. O valor foi-me simplesmente cobrado por uma mensagem de WhatsApp e foi preciso estar a chatear para me enviarem um recibo para o pagamento. Se pudesse dava 0 estrelas mesmo.
Needed an urgent unclogging service. The plumber came and did fix the blocked pipes.<br><br>My primary issue is with the cost and lack of transparency. I was hit with a bill of €400 after the job was done, without any prior estimate. For the work performed (unclogging due to limestone), this price was, in my experience and confirmed by my landlord, excessively high. The plumber was also very insistent on immediate payment.<br><br>While the immediate problem is solved, I cannot recommend this service due to the surprise high cost and the pressure tactics. If you use them, DEMAND a written quote before they start any work.
