We are doing a minor kitchen remodel that involves replacing a gas cooktop with induction. The day after the gas cooktop was removed, we discovered our tankless water heater was not working. I contacted Paul at urgent plumber.pt via WhatsApp and he was so helpful. He called me gave suggestions to try to make it work before coming out. When that didn’t work, he asked me to send a video so he could listen to the water heater to determine if there was a problem with the igniter. He even contacted a representative from the water heater manufacturer. Ultimately I figured out the problem without Paul needing to come out. He was so helpful by phone and WhatsApp, that I’m keeping his contact information for future needs and to give to our English-speaking friends. He kept giving me suggestions to try to save us money before coming out. Truely appreciated.

We had a plumbing issue (the hole in our bathroom floor was clogged) and so I reached out to about 10 different plumbers. A few responded, most didn't (of course), and only Paul actually came through and helped us. We set up a day and time, and a little before the scheduled time, Paul actually texted me apologizing that he would be 15 minutes late. I was shocked. Here, I've grown accustomed to being grateful if someone who says they are coming shows up at all. He even removed his shoes before coming in! Paul is polite, professional, efficient, and an expert. I highly recommend him and will be calling ONLY him from now on. Update to review: We had another issue that Paul returned for - same level of politeness, consideration, and professionalism! Also, I forgot to shout out to Rome in the first visit. He came with Paul and he is also very kind, polite, and very funny! Thank you both!!!!!!

Paul and Rome were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Unreal service to be honest. Fast, friendly, and professional. They even offered to come out the same day! When they arrived, they got straight to work. The whole job was done in under 30 minutes, but never felt rushed - just efficient and confident in what they were doing. They fixed the issue quickly and properly, and took the time to answer all my questions without hesitation. It’s rare to find tradespeople who combine speed, quality, and genuinely great customer service, but Paul and Rome absolutely nailed it. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be using them again.

Speedy, reliable and great service. The guy who came over spoke perfect English and Portuguese. I had a severely blocked pipe, and he spent all the time necessary to make sure the issue was completely resolved. He was super careful and clean, he laid out protective sheets not to make a mess, I didn’t even had to clean after him.
