Marie is amazing! I was looking for auto insurance and contacted several sources including another broker. Marie came back very promptly with a policy proposal hat met my needs perfectly and was very competitively priced. She made the whole process very easy and stress-free. I hope to never have to call them for assistance in using the policy, but I definitely would count on them for any future service needs. Glad to e on their cam p now.
This company does not respond in a timely manner. Even when you reach out directly to the owner you don’t get a response. The Portuguese representative frequently takes 3-4 days between responses even when you respond back immediately. When escalating an issue there is zero care or help. I purchased health insurance for my company through them and wanted to expand the offerings but there was little appetite for this based on the utter lack of response. Benjamin Retali just flat out ignores your emails. I would not recommend this company to any expat and have chosen to move my business.
