Got my car insurance same day. Perfect service from insurance specialist Frederico Duarte, both on phone and email. Just took a few minutes of my time.
I had the most horrible experience with Frederico Duarte today. I’ve been a customer for my scooter insurance for 2 years and today I needed towing service. As promised during the sales process, Inov Expat will take care of everything such as calling the insurance company. I spoke with Frederico and he promised he will call the towing at 5 pm as I had to leave the scooter at my gym. See attached his email at 16:35 saying he cannot do this anymore because they are closed at 16:30. WHY did he not tell me this during the phone call??? I even brought up this closing time and he ASSURED me towing will be called for 17:30. This is another case of terrible service from an insurance broker that promises the world. I am now left to call the company myself or leave the scooter in an unsafe location overnight. There is NO POINT of buying any insurance from Inov Expat when all they tell you to do is call the insurance company yourself. Absolute nightmare!
Marie is amazing! I was looking for auto insurance and contacted several sources including another broker. Marie came back very promptly with a policy proposal hat met my needs perfectly and was very competitively priced. She made the whole process very easy and stress-free. I hope to never have to call them for assistance in using the policy, but I definitely would count on them for any future service needs. Glad to e on their cam p now.
