It is a great location and amazing apartment. I love the furniture chosen by designers. It was actually bigger than I expected. Inside we found all apliances and even more: dishwasher, washer, oven, iron, blender, toster, coffee machine. Very comfortable bed and a mattress. Location was good in a really beautiful district and there were plenty of restaurants. Aushan and Continental groceries also in 5 minutes walking distance. It is aldo have fast internet router and great online support team. Will come back here again.

Fabulous 1 bed apartment, clean, modern, tidy with a cracking view. There's a couple of comfy chairs on the balcony and the table and chairs. Couldn't fault the location either.... access to the property easy. There is a pool on site which has a roof cover that opens... the weather was great and we hit the beach instead. We used ubers to get to and from the airport that cost €35 each way. Very relaxing break with no issues.... perfect

Stayed for 2 months while searching for permanent housing, and overall it was a great experience I'd happily recommend. The location is unbeatable — just steps from a metro station, close to the city center, with plenty of shops and cafés right around the corner. Couldn't ask for more convenience. The GuestReady support team was genuinely impressive: responsive, friendly, and quick to resolve any issue — typical response time was 10–20 minutes. That level of support makes a real difference during a longer stay. The apartment itself is well-equipped for long-term living: good appliances, fast internet, full kitchen setup, and everything you'd need day-to-day. One thing worth noting: we were a group of 4, and on a couple of occasions after cleaning, the fresh linen and towels provided were only enough for 2 people. I had to reach out to GuestReady they sorted it promptly, but it would be great to have this checked more carefully during turnovers. Highly recommended!

The apartment is located on R. de São Nicolau 120 and the location is honestly one of its biggest advantages. It is right in the city center and we didn’t need to use the metro at all to reach the main sightseeing spots – everything important was within walking distance, which made our stay very convenient. The apartment itself was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. It is a very good option for short city breaks, especially for 3–4 people. The space was sufficient and overall the stay was comfortable. There are a few things that could be improved. When we checked in, we noticed that in the room with the smaller bed there were towels prepared for two people, while in the room with the bigger bed there was only one set of towels, which was a bit confusing. In the bathroom there was quite a lot of hair, and in the wardrobe where the ironing board is stored there was a lot of dust, so the overall cleanliness was average. Also, guests are asked to take out the trash, but only one trash bag was provided, which was not enough for our stay. Apart from these things, the stay was good and the location is really excellent.
