they were horrible. i listed my apartment with them and they did not return calls emails of my renters. look at the other reviews and you will see how terrible they are. i have a new property management company they are so much better. funny how all the complaints disappeared when i got rid of them and got a real company to manage my place. i would definitely avoid using them when there are so many other good property management companies in lisbon.
