Very unprofessional while contacted for a rental published online. Difficult to communicate with, not honest about availability, no Feedback after several tries to reach them. Very disappointing experience with the resonsable for rental Business.
Make sure the price listed is the actual price of the product before you make a proposal. Went to see a flat, was interested, spent a day deliberating and made a proposal for the asking price only to find the agency had the wrong price listed. Total waste of time and energy. Ask the agent to verify the price before you view the property.

Although I am not a property owner and I was only looking to rent an apartment, I worked very well with Catia - she was very nice, professional and fast in our communication. I can't say I was madly impressed by the other agencies I have come across, but Engel & Vogel are fantastic to work with!
