I had a very bad experience with JLL. I purchased a large property last year. The deal was significantly slowed down by the lack of professionalism of JLL and Ana Rita. They knew nothing about the property. There was surprise after surprise. None of the documents were in order. They didn't even notify the neighbours of a sale which was a requirement on this property. My lawyer did everything, without her this deal would not have happened. They definitely should not have received any commission at all. The agent attended all appointments and meetings without contributing anything or being able to answer any questions. It is the wild west here in Portugal, so do your due diligence and choose agents wisely.

I worked with Pairy to buy and manage the letting for a Lisbon apartment. She is professional, responsive and very helpful. For anyone who want to buy or manage a property in Portugal, I highly recommend this agent.
You call a quarter past their official opening (9:15am) and the answering machine is still on 🙄. 11:40am I tried again to get through to the person in charge for rentals, but was 'filtered' through a secretary asking me questions like a Stasi officer would do. Hadn't it been because they are the administrator of an apartment of my intereste, I would never contact this office again.
Following a phone meeting with their partnership department a mail was sent from my side in order to present my company. They told me they have received it and will send back a proposal with a contract. I tried calling and messaging the manager to whom I have been in contact with but she ghosted me for over a month and to this day I have zero response. I am happy that at least I got to see the true face of this company and its lack of professionalism, work ethic and responsability. I will definetly not recommend doing business with JLL to all my clients.
