I've worked with José for some time in order to find a property. He was exceptionally honest with the prospects and posessed deep insights into the market. We've managed to find a suitable option but the seller cancelled on us last minute. Unfortunately, the market currently is in a very bad shape without many actually reasonable options for the buildings on offer, so since then nothing of a similar value appeared. I've offered José to pay for his time and effort multiple times, yet he refused every single time until we could secure a suitable option, which, unfortunately, never materialised. I recently moved to Lisbon and now opened my own bar here. So I have been going through way too many real estates to find my work place and my home. And I really really would like say Jose is the best realtor I’ve encountered in Lisbon! He is very professional. Many realtors are just trying to sell property and not really responsible for things. But he is not like that. Also super friendly as well. Please go get your place with this person.
