Very poor service so far I must say, as oppose to Sotherby's in London or Switzerland. Gonçalo Coelho isn't very consistent with communication, said he was happy to offer me off-market properties but when I told him I already had a realtor, he went silent and said he needs some sort of authorizations from sellers. Actually not the first time I'm seeing this behaviour in the portuguese market, not only by Sotherby's, and not bringing much confidence when dealing with him regardless of budget. Would be very careful with what they say and what they do.

Too many real estate agents in Lisbon post inventory that is not available This one is no exemption: when you contact them 'the flat you inquired on is unavailable but we have this one'. Don't waste your time. Simply Avoid.
