We worked with the Sotheby's team in the sale of our Lisbon apartment. They were absolutely incredible. They far exceed our expectations! Catia, our agent, was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and simply a pleasure to work with. Hugo, the manager, was instrumental in moving everything forward quickly and seamlessly. Carla and Margarida worked behind the scenes to help pull it all together. Every member of the team truly cared about us, not just about the sale. This was the best experience we have ever had with a real estate company, and we have worked with many. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Very poor service so far I must say, as oppose to Sotherby's in London or Switzerland. Gonçalo Coelho isn't very consistent with communication, said he was happy to offer me off-market properties but when I told him I already had a realtor, he went silent and said he needs some sort of authorizations from sellers. Actually not the first time I'm seeing this behaviour in the portuguese market, not only by Sotherby's, and not bringing much confidence when dealing with him regardless of budget. Would be very careful with what they say and what they do.

Too many real estate agents in Lisbon post inventory that is not available This one is no exemption: when you contact them 'the flat you inquired on is unavailable but we have this one'. Don't waste your time. Simply Avoid.
