I worked with Filipa, Luísa and Miriam over 1.5 months to buy my first property in Lisbon, and the experience was deeply professional and smooth. Filipa brings a rare combination of market knowledge and straight-talking honesty. She understood immediately that I was coming at this from outside the local system, having lived mostly abroad, navigating Portuguese bureaucracy without a network to fall back on. She was clear about how the process works, proactive with documentation, and never pressured me at any point. Communication was always very quick; calls and texts came on weekends and after hours whenever significant information came through or when I personally had questions. Luísa and Miriam were equally responsive and professional throughout. Questions were answered quickly, documents came through without chasing, and the whole team coordinated well across a process with a variety of variables. Their team made it possible to acquire a home much quicker than I had expected, less than a month and a half between the first call and signing on the apartment I wanted. Their referral of Eduardo Marcos as mortgage broker also played a significant role in keeping the process moving at pace. For anyone buying in Lisbon, especially if you’re coming from abroad or find the local system opaque, I couldn’t recommend a better team. Their international background and work ethic make them exceptionally well suited for both local buyers and expats.

The andrasans gathered a team of people to help me find a place and make sure I was ready for my vfs appt and ready to immigrate. They made a process i thought was going to be stressful pretty simple and they were very thoughtful, thorough and considerate. I cant recommend them enough.
